Debt Termination offers affordable solutions to personal and business related accounts payable. We are a Licensed Debt Collections Agency and are members of the Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA).

We are able to provide all the usual services of a Debt Collector, including formal letters of demand, telephone follow-ups, Debt Negotiation Agreements, Corporations and Land Titles Searches, Process Serving and Skip Tracing where the debtor has absconded.

We are also able to register defaulting debtors with various Credit Referencing Services (making it difficult for them to apply for loans, credit cards and mobile telephone contracts).

Additionally, being affiliated with a Law Firm, we are able to take your matter that additional step of issuing formal legal proceedings, progressing them to finalization in Court, and ultimately to the enforcement of judgment.
