As well as his basic Bachelor of Laws degree
he holds an advanced Master of Law degree and
a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours).
With such extensive qualifications he soon
found himself working for major law firms
working in Commercial Litigation, Civil Rights, Criminal Defence and Family Law.
He became a barrister as well as a solicitor.
However, big company law did not suit Dean’s
interest in people; it was impersonal (with
frequent changes of staff assigned to a case)
and fee-oriented. He eventually left to work
on his own account, as a sole practitioner.
Dean works in Family, Criminal and Civil Law.
What sets his practice apart is the personal
commitment to clients, from first interview
through to court representation if required,
to ensure the best outcome for the client. Quality of service and optimal results for his clients are
what most inspire Dean. The small office,
hands-on model delivers on these goals and also helps keep rampant legal
costs well under control.
