The Principal:

DEAN RICHARD LOVE B Comm(Hons) LLB LLM

Dean grew up in Western Australia. Graduated from Ocean Reef Senior High School in 1989. Attended UWA and completed Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws degrees between 1990 and 1997. Subsequently completed Master of Laws degree in 2002. Initially worked in two prominent private law firms, engaged in Commercial Litigation, Personal Injuries and Family Law. Later worked for the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia and engaged in Family Law and Criminal Law.

Dean left Legal Aid in 2005 and commenced on his own account as a sole practitioner. Dean now specialises in Criminal Defence, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.

WHAT WE DO

We are a proudly independent Western Australian firm, we are prominent in the community. We continue to maintain longstanding ties to the community.

We are ordinary people, from average Western Australian backgrounds. We do not represent big business, interstate or international interests. Our clients are real people, with real problems. They range from people who have found themselves in trouble with police and other authorities, to people with family/domestic problems concerning children or property, to people with consumer disputes, injuries and claims against big business and government.
